We’re looking for passionate dancers who want to grow, teach, and be part of a thriving ballroom community.

Whether you’re experienced or still developing, this is your opportunity to step into the world of teaching.

What to Expect

During the audition, you will:

  • Participate in a group warm-up
  • Then learn and perform choreography
  • Also demonstrate basic teaching ability
  • Finally, meet our team and learn more about our studio

Most importantly, there is no pressure — instead, we’re looking for potential, attitude, and passion.

Weekly Training

To grow as an instructor and be part of our team, participation in key training and events is essential. Specifically, our program is built around real teaching experience by attending Forever Dancing Group Classes. 👉 Check our group classes here.

Weekdays

  • Attend 2 evenings per week (choose from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

During these sessions, you will gain hands-on instructor development while training in different dance styles. 👉 Learn more about the dances we teach.

In addition to weekday training, Saturdays focus on technique, performance, and skill development.

  • 1st and 3rd Saturdays
  • Practice sessions + social dance parties
  • Focus on choreography, performance, and social dancing skills
  • Evening commitment (events typically run until ~11:00 PM)

Studio Events (Required)

Being part of our team means being part of our community.Therefore, instructors and trainees are expected to participate in major studio events.

Here are the next events lined up:

  • Open House – July 25 @ 3:00 PM
  • Winter Showcase – December 12 (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
  • Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in festivals, performances, and other special events throughout the year.
