💃 Who is leading our school?

At Forever Dancing Ballroom, our studio is led by a dedicated husband-and-wife team with decades of combined experience in dance, performance, education, and business operations.

Together, Fabio and Jennifer Bonini founded Forever Dancing Ballroom with a shared vision. As a result, they have created a welcoming and inspiring space where people can experience the joy of ballroom dance.

Currently, the studio is in a growth phase. Therefore, while we continue to build our instructor team, all teaching, operations, and programs are led directly by the founders.

🌟 Fabio Bonini
Co-Founder | Artistic Director | Lead Instructor

Born in Brazil, Fabio Bonini is the co-owner, founder, and Artistic Director of Forever Dancing Ballroom and Dancing Trips.

Over the past 30+ years, he has developed extensive experience in ballroom dance, choreography, performance, and competition. As a result, he has built a career dedicated to teaching and sharing the art of partner dancing.

He began dancing at the age of 10 and, over time, developed a professional career that includes:

• International ballroom competitions
• Teaching and coaching dancers of all levels
• Organizing major dance events in the Washington, DC area
• Specializing in Argentine Tango and partner dance systems

In addition, Fabio continues to actively teach, compete, and mentor dancers. His teaching focuses on technique, musicality, and emotional expression.

🌟 Jennifer Bonini
Co-Founder | Artistic Director | Lead Instructor

Co-Founder | Executive Operations Director

Born in Santiago, Chile, Jennifer Bonini is the co-owner and Executive Operations Director of Forever Dancing Ballroom, Dancing Trips, DC Dance Challenge, and DC Tango Weekend.

Before entering the dance industry full-time, she built a strong career in business leadership. For example, she worked for over 10 years with Nordstrom in key roles such as Buyer and Regional Merchandising Manager.

Because of this experience, she brings exceptional expertise in customer service, team leadership, and event organization.

In 2008, she decided to follow her passion for dance and transitioned into her current role. Since then, she has played a critical part in:

• Event planning and production
• Studio operations and customer experience
• Dance competitions and travel programs
• Instructor support and development

Additionally, Jennifer continues to train, perform, and support the artistic vision of the studio.

Forever Dancing Ballroom is currently in a growth phase, expanding from a founder-led studio into a full instructor team.

We are actively developing opportunities for dancers who want to:

• Teach Ballroom, Latin, and, or any other form of parter dance
• Grow within a professional studio environment
• Participate in events, performances, and competitions
• Build long-term dance careers
