Forever Dancing Ballroom Showcase is open to all dance and art schools.

Forever Dancing Ballroom theatrical setting offers the possibility of choreographers utilize special lighting, audio and video effects.

“WINTER BALLROOM/LATIN  SHOW” will be pure Holiday Ballroom/Latin magic – with enough fun and festive cheer to power all the Christmas lights in town!

DECEMBER 14, 2024 – WINTER WONDERLAND BALLROOM/LATIN SHOW

When it gets cold and the end of the year has arrived, Forever Dancing Ballroom is impressively dressed for a joyful Holiday Season. All say: “It looks like Winter Wonderland!” We hope it inspire you to spread some dance joy with the world by sharing your special dance work at the Winter Wonderland of Ballroom & Latin Showcase.
The Showcase is open to students and professionals of any dance art form. The ballroom music and theatrical lights will bring your show to life as if you were on Broadway. (Yes! We do attend any special light effect requested to choreography!) Other schools may also be participating virtually, and their show numbers will be displayed at our movies screen.
So bring your showcase numbers and be ready, to make part of this memorable show.

” WINTER WONDERLAND BALLROOM/LATIN DANCE SHOW” production schedule:

  • November 16th: Deadline for Showcase enrollment. School, affiliated schools, independent instructors should submit their enrollment forms.
  • November 23rd: All media for the show, including videos, music and lighting information should be submitted to production director by email (attachment, clouds link etc.) at Fabio@ForeverDancing.com , or by mail (flash drive, memory cards etc.) to 5818 Seminary Rd. , Falls Church, VA, 22041, suite B.
  • December 13th – Dress Rehearsal. 8:15PM to 9:30PM.
  • December 14th – Evening – ” WINTER WONDERLAND BALLROOM/LATIN SHOW”
    The Lesson. 6:15PM to 6:45PM – Mini Social Dance Class for spectators.
    This lesson is design for beginners. Learn the basic dance figures of Waltz, Rumba, and Swing, no partner is necessary, two left feet are welcome :-).The Show. 7:00PM to 8:00PM – It is a production with several students and professional from Forever Dancing Ballroom and partner dance schools.Party. Ballroom/Latin 8:00PM to 10:00PM
    It is a big celebration of dance with great music (all dances and rhythms), with the dance floor open to all.Tentative schedule:

    6:15PM : Mini Social Dance Class.
    7:00PM: Show Part I
    7:30PM: Show Part II
    8:00PM Reception – meet the artists 
    8:00PM to 10:00PM Ballroom/Latin Dance party for all.

*SPECTATOR IN STUDIO ADMISSION – Early Bird Price is $35.00 Deadline is Nov 23, 2024. $40.00 after deadline.
Includes: Evening ticket, includes the class, the show, souvenir program, reception, master of ceremonies, DJ and Ballroom Dance Party.

$40.00 Adults Admission after 11/23/24.
$15.00 Children (up to 12 years old)
Our ballroom will accommodate 40 spectators. First come, first serve for Only ONLINE reservations.

*PERFORMERS PACKAGE – Pro/AM Package  – $115.00 Deadline is Nov 23, 2024.
Includes: Admission to participating performers (PRO and AM), and 1 spectator guest, Dance Lesson, Dance entry to participating performers (PRO and AM), Customized lighting, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), show pictures, souvenir program, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services,  dress rehearsal on Dec 13, 2024 and Ballroom Dance party.  More spectator guests can be added @ $40 adults, $15 children (up to 10 years old).

*FORMATION DANCE ENTRY FEE – $88.00 per formation entry
Includes: One Formation Dance Showcase enrollment Fee, Customized lighting for your show, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), show pictures, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services,  and dress rehearsal on Dec 13, 2024.

*FORMATION PACKAGE – $75.00 per person. Deadline is Nov 23, 2024.
Includes: Admission to participating performer and 1 spectators guest, Customized lighting, participation with one show number (up to 3 minutes), and show pictures, souvenir program, video and posting online, Master of ceremonies, DJ, show montage directing services, dress rehearsal on Dec 13, 2024.  More spectator guests can be added @ $40 adults, $15 children (up to 10 years old).

Costumes, choreography, lessons, transportation, instructor fees, hair, make-up are not included.

8:00-10:00PM Reception and Ballroom/Latin Dance party for all.

Ages 12+. Social Shoes with smooth leather soles are recommended. Dress code: Semi formal. No black grippy bottom soles to avoid injuries and scuffing the dance floor when dancing. Lesson and dance are optional.
