Description
We're looking for a professional lead dancer who can not only demonstrate but also teach Ballroom and Latin dances. We're interested in hiring an individual who has a passion for dance and can guide others in their quest for excellence. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to teach group classes as well as one-on-one lessons.

Responsibilities
- Keep students' safety in mind when teaching dance.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique.
- Use music to motivate students.
- Set clear expectations for the class.
- Pace the class appropriately.
- Adjust the difficulty of a movement over time as students master it.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ballroom / Latin Dance Experience.
