Religious Meetings
Lots of room, and sound insulated for quiet praying and meditation, 19 feet high ceilings, with some projections (A/V included), makes this place look like a temple. You can customize it to your religious needs with decorations and,or A/V projections.
PRICING Pricing will vary depending on how many guests you have, your catering needs, and the type of event: meeting, classes/activities, special occasions, and the length of your rent. A/V system is included, except for special set-up, monogram etc…We do rent space for longer terms as well. Please contact us!
CATERING You can bring your own cater, we do not charge 25%+ for service. Or you can use one of our associated catering services. There is an extra cleaning fee if food is served.
OVERTIME Per Forever Dancing Ballroom’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they have received. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Forever Dancing Ballroom.
Any water, drinks and food should be removed from the floors and mopped immediately.
FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Please refer to Forever Dancing Ballroom Terms/Conditions and overtime/cancellation policies for all other rules.
MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame, or any any cooking allowed. There will be a Hall Manager service available on the rental. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for events using confetti, excessive glitter as decor, and food service.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit fee 50% of the rental total is required, it will be refunded if the event is returned in the same conditions received. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
