Religious Meetings
Lots of room, and sound insulated for quiet praying and meditation, 19 feet high ceilings, with some projections (A/V included), makes this place look like a temple. You can customize it to your religious needs with decorations and,or A/V projections.
Pricing varies depending on the number of guests, catering needs, type of event (such as meetings, classes, or special occasions), and the duration of your rental. In addition, our A/V system is included, except for specialized setups such as monograms. We also offer long-term rental options. For more details, please contact us.
Catering Options
You are welcome to bring your own caterer, and unlike many venues, we do not charge additional service fees. Alternatively, you may choose from one of our preferred catering partners. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will apply if food is served.
Overtime Policy
We bill overtime in half-hour increments, according to Forever Dancing Ballroom policy. Therefore, you must vacate the space and remove all items by the end of your reservation. We charge any additional time at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
Cleaning & Damages
Guests must return the space in the same condition in which they received it. Accordingly, we ask all guests to tidy up after their event. In addition, you must remove any equipment or rentals you bring into the space within your booked time.
Please take care of the space. For example, do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls. Likewise, remove all tape and adhesive materials completely. We charge any damages to walls, floors, or furniture to the card on file.
Furthermore, clean any spills (including water, drinks, or food) immediately to prevent damage.
Furniture & Setup
If you need to move furniture to accommodate your event, please notify us in advance. Additionally, we recommend reviewing our Terms & Conditions, including overtime and cancellation policies, for complete details.
Venue Rules & Policies
To maintain a safe and clean environment, we do not allow smoking, open flames, or cooking. In addition, a Hall Manager will assist you during your rental.
Additional Fees & Guidelines
An additional cleaning fee may apply for events that include confetti, excessive glitter, or food service. Moreover, the venue is strictly smoke-free and pet-free.
Security Deposit & Insurance
You must provide a security deposit equal to 50% of the rental total. We will refund it if you return the space in proper condition. Additionally, all hosts must sign a license agreement before the event.
Depending on your event, we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to booking.
